Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed after payment has been received, subject to stock availability. We will notify you of any out-of-stock item and its restocking date. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via a tracked courier service within the United States. Shipping is $20 USD for orders up to and including $300 USD, and free for orders over $300 USD. The qualifying order value is the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and tax. Packages are shipped discreetly with no product description on the outside.

Delivery estimates

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Many orders arrive sooner, but delivery times are estimates and may vary with stock, carrier performance and public holidays.
